The Leadership Team has recently revamped and adopted Building Use Guidelines for our facilities. The Guidelines are now available for use in the reservation of the Fellowship Hall, Sanctuary, or both for a variety of activities. All facilities use will now be planned and coordinated through these Guidelines.
Reservation forms and the Building Use Guidelines are available below or by contacting the Church office (276.328.6247). Some activities, i.e., weddings, receptions, and others shall require a fee to compensate for the additional activities and support required of the Church. All fees and use guidelines are clearly outlined in these documents.
